What we store

We use Google to sign you in and store your account identity, private projects, uploaded images, generation history, credit activity and payment references. Stripe handles payment card information; Vidily does not store your full card number.

Your inputs and results

Source images and generated videos are stored for 30 days. You can delete unused input photos from Library. Download results you want to keep. Project metadata and billing records are retained to operate your account and resolve payment issues.

Model processing

Selected source images and creative directions are sent to Kie and its model providers to generate your clips. Selected inputs and finished clips are also sent to Replicate for text, image and sampled-frame video content checks before generation or delivery. Moderation can make mistakes and video sampling does not inspect every frame. Check request data is kept privately for up to 24 hours; provider retention follows its own policy. Private files are supplied through expiring signed URLs. Do not upload sensitive information you do not want processed by these providers.

Local drafts

Draft images and settings are stored in your browser, separated by account. Use Clear draft in Create on a shared device. We do not include your images or prompts in analytics URLs.
