Credits, clearly explained.

Technical failures

Credits reserved for a confirmed failed generation are returned once. A submission with an uncertain provider status remains under review; it is not automatically resubmitted. If no result can be delivered within two hours of submission, the reserved credits are returned automatically.

Content checks

Rejected inputs do not start generation or charge generation credits. A finished clip that is blocked or cannot complete content checks is withheld and its generation credits are returned. Checks are included in the displayed price.

Completed generations

Generation is probabilistic. A technically completed video consumes credits even when the creative result does not meet your preferences. We show the cost before every new take.

Purchase refunds

Contact support@vidily.ai with your order reference for a review of unused-credit refunds. Approved full or partial purchase refunds deduct the corresponding credits and may leave a negative balance when those credits were already used. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
