Product walkthrough video template

Explain one product workflow without opening a blank timeline.

Choose a start, two meaningful actions, the finished result, and one next step. Vidily turns that sequence into a short, reviewable product walkthrough.

Free storyboard first. No credit card required.

Built from Vidily's own public workflow

The product is its own first customer.

This feature announcement uses Vidily's public page, real product screens, the Feature Announcement format, and the Developer Dark visual system. No third-party endorsement is implied.

  • Task-specific scene structure
  • Real product interface
  • Readable captions
  • Render and audio QA

Why this workflow exists

A useful walkthrough follows a job, not a tour of every menu.

Feature-by-feature tours create long videos with no narrative center. This format follows one user goal from the first action to the finished result.

  • A goal, two-step workflow, result, and CTA structure.
  • Readable crops that keep the real interface at the center of the frame.
  • Scene-level narration and timing you can correct before rendering.
  • A short 1080p walkthrough for a homepage, help article, or launch post.

Four deliberate steps

A launch pipeline, not a blank editor.

01

Choose Product walkthrough

Vidily loads a goal-to-result story instead of a broad feature tour.

02

Add the product page

The public URL supplies product language, identity, and available proof.

03

Add the workflow screens

Upload up to three authorized screenshots for the steps behind login.

04

Review and render

Correct the steps and narration, then render the approved sequence.

Questions before you render

Is this intended for full training videos?

No. The first recipe is a short marketing or overview walkthrough. Long-form training, branching demos, and knowledge-base synchronization are outside the MVP.

Can I upload screens from a logged-in workflow?

Yes, as long as you own or have permission to publish them. Vidily does not log in to the product for you.

Can I edit each step?

Yes. Each scene exposes its headline, supporting copy, narration, visual direction, and duration before the final render.

Your public page is enough to start.

Generate the storyboard, inspect every claim, then decide if the clean 1080p export is worth an Export Credit.
